Role: Senior Distribution Leader
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $180,000 - $250,000 / year

Role Overview This position leads all aspects of a multi-million sq. ft. distribution operation, directing inbound, outbound, and supporting departments while ensuring exceptional service levels and same-day fulfillment. The leader in this role will guide and empower a workforce of 500+ employees, maintaining world-class standards in accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations across all warehouse functions, ensuring seamless flow of goods and adherence to high performance expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large, diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Maintain rigorous safety, quality, and accuracy standards across all processes.
- Drive efficiency through strategic planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of leadership experience within high-volume distribution environments, including oversight of teams of 400+ employees.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and performance-driven operational environments preferred.
Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation range: $180,000 - $250,000.
