Overview:
The Senior Distribution Designer is responsible for leading high-complexity projects, setting design direction, and serving as a technical subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead large or technically challenging design efforts, such as grid modernization or underground initiatives.
• Represent design team in project meetings and with external stakeholders.
• Develop templates, standards, and workflows to improve design efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:
• 7-10+ years of experience in distribution design with leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in design software, permitting, and constructability.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
