Job Title: Senior Director, US Insights & Analytics

The OpportunityThe Senior Director, US Insights & Analytics will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across the U.S. for all of Galderma's Business Units. This role will unify and lead the functions of Insights & Commercial Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Forecasting, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, and Sales Operations, including Fleet Management. The position will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, optimizing field force performance, and embedding advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities into business planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership - Define and execute a cohesive vision for Insights, Analytics, and Sales Operations aligned with Galderma's commercial goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to inform strategic planning, brand performance, and go-to-market execution.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate forecasting, analytics, and market intelligence into business decision-making.
Team Management - Directly manage a team of senior leaders including:
- Director, Insights & Commercial Analytics (leads 4)
- Director, Sales Force Effectiveness (leads 4)
- Director, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML
- Director, Forecasting
- Director, Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Four Associate Directors, Insights & Analytics
- Fleet Management Manager
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Insights & Analytics- Oversee the development of advanced analytics platforms and predictive models to support brand strategy, field deployment, and customer engagement.
- Champion the use of AI/ML to enhance forecasting accuracy, segmentation, and promotional effectiveness.
- Ensure robust data governance and visualization tools are in place to support real-time decision-making.
- Sales Operations & Effectiveness
- Lead sales operations strategy including incentive compensation design, territory alignment, call planning, and CRM optimization.
- Drive field force productivity through performance analytics, training KPIs, and operational support.
- Manage fleet operations and ensure alignment with compliance and cost-efficiency goals.
Forecasting & Market Intelligence - Guide the development of short- and long-range forecasts across the portfolio.
- Integrate market research and competitive intelligence into forecasting and strategic planning.
- Provide scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support launch readiness and lifecycle management.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in a quantitative or business discipline preferred.
- 14+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, or related fields in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Proven leadership of large, cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies, data science, and commercial operations platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Python, SQL).
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

CompensationThe target base salary range for this role is $201,000-$268,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate's qualifications and the totality of relevant factors.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
