Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Director, Transformation - Value Creation to join the Transformation Office and serve as a key leader driving enterprise performance improvement and strategic transformation. This executive will partner closely with the executive leadership team and functional executives to identify, quantify, execute, and track the highest-impact value creation opportunities across the company.

This role is ideal for a leader who combines strategic thinking, rigorous analytics,

operational credibility, and executive influence. The Vice President will help shape and

govern Vantive's value creation agenda while ensuring initiatives translate into measurable EBITDA, cash flow, growth, productivity, simplification and operational performance outcomes. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, operations, and transformation-bringing structure, accountability, and pace to a broad portfolio of enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Value Creation
  • Shape and drive Vantive's enterprise value creation agenda in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate growth, improve profitability, and enhance operational performance.
  • Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to drive measurable results.
  • Ensure the establishment of a simplified stand alone business.


Transformation Leadership
  • Lead execution and governance of enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and accountability to ensure successful delivery and value realization.
  • Proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions.
  • Partner with senior leaders across all functions.


Executive Reporting
  • Own value creation reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership and the Board.
  • Drive data-based decision making through clear performance visibility.


Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, HR, and Procurement to unlock enterprise value.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders.


Required Experience
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, finance, business operations, private equity, or operational excellence.
  • Proven success leading large-scale transformation or value creation programs.
  • Track record delivering measurable financial and operational improvements.
  • Strong financial acumen and executive-level communication skills.


Preferred Experience
  • Experience in private equity-backed, transformation-focused, or high-growth environments.
  • Healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or industrial experience.
  • Top-tier consulting background and/or experience supporting carve-outs, integrations, or stand-alone company transformations.

The estimated base salary for this position is $224,000 - $300,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
