Your Role:

As the MQ Tech at Lilly Sr. Director at our new Site at Huntsville, you'll spearhead the digital strategy to bring live a Digital AI native facility, reporting to both the M&Q IT AVP and the Manufacturing AVP Site Head Huntsville. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our technological future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and deploy the digital strategy for Huntsville facility in alignment with the Global Tech@Lilly Strategy.
  • Guarantee digital operational readiness for site launch, integrating systems such as:
    • Infrastructure
    • SAP
    • Warehouse Management & Logistics
    • Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
    • Data Historian and Real-Time Floor Tracking
    • Comprehensive Data Management: Integration, Analytics
    • Digital Plant Innovations and Laboratory Information Management
    • CAPA Systems, Access Security, and Risk Management
  • Serve on the Site Leadership Team, drive digital strategy and foster a culture of excellence aligned with Lilly's values.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team recruitment and development.
  • Lead talent management, including recognition, compensation, and succession planning.
  • Spearhead cGMP compliance and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Manage and Control Budget and Capital.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership in Pharma IT, with a focus on manufacturing IT/OT leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise on MES


Preferences:
  • Data Integration, and Advanced Analytics.

  • Position is based in Huntsville, AL, remote will not be considered for this position


Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$157,500 - $231,000

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
