Job Description Summary:

As the Senior Director, Strategic Growth, you will support both near-term performance and long-term strategy for the organization - helping lead and align critical work across various senior-level stakeholders. While this is an individual contributor role, it will leverage resources across both the Strategic Growth and other cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward. This role requires a true General Manager mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively interact with and influence stakeholders across all levels within NAOU. The ideal candidate excels at synthesizing complex inputs into clear strategic implications and communicating decisive, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

What You'll Do for Us
  • Join a team that functions as part internal consulting group, part think tank for NAOU
  • Mid/Long-term strategy development, alignment, and performance management: across a variety of dimensions (e.g., brand, portfolio, channel, customer, competitor), align key stakeholders on strategy and monitor performance to drive accountability and pivots when needed
  • Problem framing and solving: structuring and leading complex / ambiguous cross-functional analyses, initiatives, or efforts
  • Synthesis and storytelling: communicate to and influence stakeholders through a structured, fact-based, and action-oriented storytelling approach
  • Project management: lead / support execution of key initiatives and deliverables, including management of internal and external (i.e., consulting) resources
  • Industry and competitive assessments: develop insights to drive business and execution strategy
  • Discussion / debate facilitation: effectively structure and lead conversations to generate actionable outcomes and progress
  • Strategic consulting support: serve as internal advisor to leadership / other cross-functional teams and promote agile ways of working
  • Influence and engage senior management and business peers: develop and communicate POV on strategic direction and actions to be taken using the power of data, insights, and the integration of holistic analysis
  • Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align, and engage key stakeholders
  • Talent development: leverage your experience to coach, develop, and upskill other team members across Strategic Growth and NAOU

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience within and knowledge of The Coca Cola Company across functions (especially finance) strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver actionable results - both in "What" you've done and "How" you've done it (IQ + EQ)
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end strategy development with limited direction
  • Exceptional ability to frame complex problems, develop hypotheses, synthesize data, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving analytical approaches and insights while navigating multiple data and insight sources
  • Ability to build partnerships and establish trust and credibility across all levels, and collaborate with / provoke / influence others to gain consensus and alignment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • High digital literacy, including comfort with data tools, visualization platforms, and AI supported ways of working strongly preferred
  • Curious/continuous learner with an external orientation to emerging trends, methodologies, and best practices
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities; solution-oriented with a default for action

What We'll Do for You
  • Provide opportunities to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and long-term direction of the largest Operating Unit of The Coca-Cola Company
  • Offer broad exposure across business units and functions to ensure you experience significant exposure to the business, system, and senior leadership
