- Accelerate research and innovation initiatives by identifying emerging investment themes, new structures, and market opportunities
- Analyze client needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to guide product development and optimization priorities
- Design and structure new products or enhancements to existing offerings, including value proposition, positioning, and performance objectives
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a coherent and effective go-to-market strategy for developed solutions
- Maintain continuous strategic monitoring of industry practices, innovation, and evolving client expectations

- Professional designations such as CFA, CAIA, or CIM are a strong asset
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in investment product development
- In-depth knowledge of the investment fund industry in Canada and the United States
- Strong expertise in alternative investment strategies, including alternative ETFs, hedge funds, and private markets
