Full Job Description
We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, POM Product Manager to join Loans Enablement Platform. This role is located in Houston TX. Role Impact In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: • Product Vision & Strategy - Define and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, design, and roadmap for Digital Asset Setup on the Loans Enablement Platform serving both internal users and external customers/partners. • Product Development & Prioritization - Drive execution from discovery through delivery, prioritizing features based on customer value, business outcomes, and technical feasibility; ensure on-time, high-quality releases. • Lead and Partner - Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations and participating client-facing platforms to align goals, requirements, and go-to-market plans. • Establish Key Performance Indicators - Establish product KPIs and success metrics; analyze performance and user feedback to iterate, optimize adoption, and deliver measurable ROI. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Experience requirement: 15+ years in product management (enterprise/SaaS preferred), with 5+ years leading product teams or complex portfolios. • Experience requirement: Proven track record managing products/platforms with both internal and external user bases, including APIs, integrations, and ecosystem partners. • Experience requirement: Demonstrated success in customer discovery, data-driven decision-making, and ownership of product financials (budgeting, pricing, P&L) and commercialization. • People Leadership requirement (if applicable): Build, lead, and develop high-performing PM teams; recruit and coach talent, set clear goals, manage performance, foster DEI and a collaborative culture, and influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
