Enterprise Sourcing Strategy & InnovationOwn and execute comprehensive PDS strategic sourcing strategies by pioneering innovative approaches that optimize total cost of ownership across client portfolios and complex multi-site projects. Architect sourcing frameworks that balance cost efficiency, quality, risk mitigation, and supplier performance to deliver measurable business value.
Organizational Development & Cross-Functional LeadershipTransform and scale the PDS strategic sourcing organization through executive-level collaboration with corporate sourcing, project management, operations, and business development teams. Champion process innovation through strategic deployment of technology platforms, analytics tools, and communication frameworks that enhance organizational capability and drive productivity gains across account and project teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Market IntelligenceLeverage advanced category intelligence, predictive analytics, and comprehensive market data-including capital planning cycles and demand forecasting-to formulate sourcing strategies, inform investment decisions, and deliver quantifiable business results. Develop executive-level reporting and insights that drive strategic planning and operational excellence.
Supplier Ecosystem & Partnership DevelopmentAdvance and govern the preferred supplier program within PDS, demonstrating the strategic value proposition of JLL's market scale, supply chain leverage, and supplier partnerships. Cultivate executive relationships with key strategic suppliers to drive innovation, competitive advantage, and mutual value creation.
Governance & Operational ExcellenceProvide strategic oversight and operational management of RFP/bid processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management frameworks for subcontracted goods and services across the enterprise. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, anticipate business needs, and ensure alignment between sourcing activities and organizational objectives.
Risk Management & Compliance LeadershipEnsure enterprise-wide adherence to JLL's sourcing policies, contracting standards, risk management protocols, and ethical guidelines. Establish governance frameworks that protect organizational interests while enabling business agility.
Legal & Risk PartnershipMaintain executive-level partnerships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual instruments, terms, and conditions comply with corporate standards. Lead contract review processes and drive continuous improvement in contracting practices, risk mitigation strategies, and legal compliance frameworks.
Team Leadership & Resource OptimizationEstablish strategic priorities, allocate resources effectively, and provide leadership direction to Operations teams, extended workforce, and project-specific personnel. Build high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional client and customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.
Diversity, Equity & Supplier DevelopmentChampion diversity and inclusion programs aligned with client requirements and corporate commitments. Lead supplier diversity initiatives, mentor emerging suppliers, and promote equitable business practices throughout the supply chain ecosystem.
Stakeholder Engagement & Performance ManagementLead executive-level Preferred Supplier performance governance, conducting strategic business reviews, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment between supplier performance and business objectives.
Digital Transformation & Technology EnablementDrive adoption and optimization of JLL e-commerce procurement platforms and emerging sourcing technologies that enhance efficiency, transparency, and user experience across the organization.

- 10+ years progressive strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership experience, with 5+ years in construction management or related industries
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business results through strategic sourcing programs at enterprise scale
Industry Expertise- Deep construction management industry expertise with comprehensive understanding of project delivery methodologies, supply chain dynamics, and market conditions
- Extensive knowledge of construction and real estate supply base, sourcing best practices, and category management strategies
- Project management and complex business transformation experience strongly preferred
Technical Proficiency- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with procurement platforms, sourcing tools, data analytics software, and enterprise systems
- Comfort leveraging technology to drive insights, efficiency, and business outcomes

Estimated compensation for this position:120,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
