Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, a global leader in intellectual property law, is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to lead firmwide recruiting strategy and operations across attorneys and business services. This role focuses on ensuring the firm's approach to hiring is disciplined, scalable, and aligned with strategic growth priorities.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Senior Director will shape and operationalize the firm's talent acquisition strategy, bringing structure, consistency, and rigor to recruiting processes, workforce planning, and market engagement while partnering closely with firm leadership to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
