Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with a focus on complex, multi-surface platform products.
• Experience creating AI-powered applications, especially recommendation systems and intelligent automation.
• Ability to define and execute a holistic platform vision integrating multiple user types and systems.
• Proven track record of launching enterprise or B2B products requiring deep systems understanding and data flow management.
• Strong data and AI skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists in shaping product direction.
• Experience in building or improving a product management function from the ground up.
• Adaptability in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated high agency in problem identification and resolution.
• Background in insurance, fintech, or a similarly regulated, data-driven environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop the vision and roadmap for a unified platform enhancing client and producer experiences, employing AI recommendations.
• Take full ownership of the development of client and broker/producer portals, alongside the carrier recommendation engine.
• Align priorities and engage stakeholders within engineering teams, Salesforce, and executive leadership.
• Transform the product team from reactive execution to proactive product strategy and outcome orientation.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure problem-solving initiatives are well-defined and teams are unblocked.
