Full Job Description
The Senior Director of Marketing leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated B2B and B2C marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role partners closely with executive leaders to align marketing efforts with business objectives, strengthen brand positioning, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable business results through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive business growth, brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Partner with executive leadership to align marketing priorities with organizational goals and identify opportunities to increase revenue, customer engagement, and market share.
  • Lead customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, and contact strategies to improve customer experience, conversion, and retention.
  • Leverage analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to optimize campaign performance, marketing investments, and ROI.
  • Direct go-to-market strategies, promotions, merchandising initiatives, and customer offers that support growth and strengthen market positioning.
  • Oversee marketing planning, , budgeting, resource allocation, agency relationship, and operational priorities.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across marketing strategy and program management, brand and creative services, content strategy, copywriting, and communications
  • Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance management processes to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Guide brand positioning, messaging, and customer experience initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Analytics, , Product Development, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional leaders to execute integrated growth strategies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning, enabling teams to adapt quickly to evolving business priorities.

  • Inspire teams through a clear marketing vision aligned with business objectives.
  • Influence executive stakeholders through strategic thinking, data-driven recommendations, and business acumen.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs across digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience within retail, consumer products, or other customer-centric industries; with both D2C and B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Proven success leveraging customer insights, segmentation, testing, and analytics to drive growth and marketing performance.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, and automation platforms.
  • Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
