A Day in the Life:

Join the Monster Energy team as the Sr. Director of Independent Vending Wholesale, where you'll be at the forefront of driving explosive growth and amplifying our market presence in the Independent Vending and Wholesale sectors. As a key player in our team, you'll craft and execute cutting-edge strategies that not only strengthen our market dominance but also fuel sales growth of our electrifying portfolio of core and innovative products.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market share in the independent vending and wholesale channels
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, vending operators, and wholesale partners, to ensure total alignment and expansion of the total portfolio, inclusive of innovation
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics timely. Implement corrective actions and strategies with great sense of urgency to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, while analyzing the competitive landscape to drive outlet performance. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and actions
  • Program Development and Execution: Design, implement, and oversee promotional programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing brand presence and driving sales within the independent vending and wholesale channels
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and programs
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives within the independent vending and wholesale channels. Monitor expenditures and ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Performance Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Communicate updates and progress made aligning KPIs, challenges, and opportunities effectively
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company direction, major pillars. Promote ethical behavior and integrity within the team and channel partners

Who You Are:
  • Prefer a bachelor's degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in sales management, distributor management, or key account, customer relationship management
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in leading and coaching high-performing sales teams, with a demonstrated ability to train, develop talent, and consistently deliver on the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Computer Skills Desired: PowerPoint, Excel, iPad, Power Bi
