Position Summary:The Senior Director of Global Facilities & Administration is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Trimont's office facilities, administrative operations, and physical security operations worldwide. This role leads a global team, manages relationships with vendors and service providers both virtually and in person, and ensures the efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation of all company offices. The Senior Director plays a key role in office leasing, buildouts, logistics, physical security, and the delivery of high-quality administrative services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee office leasing, buildouts, renovations, and space planning for all company global locations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, general contractors, and vendors, both virtually and through on-site visits.
- Manage procurement and installation of office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Oversee lease renewals, terminations, and negotiations to support company growth and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations across all offices.
- Develop and implement global office logistics strategies, including office moves, space allocation, and vendor management.
- Lead and manage the global facilities and administration team, providing direction, support, and professional development.
- Manage facilities and administration budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee mail and package distribution, office supply management, reception, and other administrative services.
- Respond to and resolve facilities-related issues and service requests in a timely manner.
- Support company events and meetings with logistical planning and execution.
- Travel as required to company offices and vendor sites globally.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or corporate real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing global teams and multi-site operations.
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with service providers both virtually and in person.
- Experience overseeing physical security operations, including access control and surveillance systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Proficiency with office management, facilities, and security software.
