Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in development with a proven track record in fundraising including individual giving and events.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors and corporate sponsors.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in writing and storytelling to engage donors.
• Previous management experience overseeing staff and teams effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and implementing data-driven digital strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual Development Plan to support organizational growth.
• Build and sustain relationships with individual donors, major gift prospects, and corporate partners.
• Manage the entire grants lifecycle and lead significant fundraising events such as Harc's Gala and Walk N Roll.
• Supervise the Marketing and Communication Manager to craft impactful donor communications and promotional campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team including an Events Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager, and Grant Writer while engaging with board committees.
