Qualifications

• Seven or more years of communications experience, including three years in leadership roles.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong design and presentation abilities, particularly in visual data communication.
• Experience advising leaders and collaborating across departments.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and curiosity with a history of follow-through.
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred experience in healthcare technology, financial services, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications plans and advise leaders on messaging and audience engagement.
• Lead content creation for presentations, emails, digital channels, reports, and events.
• Utilize storytelling and visuals to clarify complex information.
• Guide contributors and personally create materials for key initiatives.
• Plan and manage advisory council activities, including content and presenter preparation.
• Incorporate audience feedback into actionable recommendations and track progress.
• Organize and oversee additional business meetings and events as needed.
• Manage priorities, partnerships, and resources while evaluating outcomes for continuous improvement.
