Leads a team responsible for a $3M+ event fundraising portfolio within a market, driving revenue through strategic relationship management, volunteer leadership engagement, and corporate partnerships. Serves as both a team leader and hands-on fundraiser, managing key relationships while developing talent and contributing to overall market strategy and performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Drives revenue growth across the portfolio by securing major gifts, corporate partnerships, and leadership volunteer engagement. 30%
- Leads and develops a team, providing coaching, direction, and accountability to achieve revenue and engagement goals. 20%
- Personally manages and advances high-impact donor, corporate, and volunteer leadership relationships. 20%
- Contributes to market-level strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and collaboration across functions. 15%
- Oversees volunteer leadership engagement strategy, including recruitment, development, and succession planning. 10%
- Manages financial performance, budgets, and return on investment across the portfolio. 5%
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Years of experience: Five+ years related multi-million dollar fundraising responsibilities, people management experience strongly preferred

- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through complex fundraising strategies and relationships.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

The starting rate is $140,000 to $150,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended.
