Lead the future of Mechanical & Electrical engineering team across the GTA. As Senior Director, you will shape the strategy, elevate technical excellence, and drive innovation across key sectors including transportation, healthcare, institutional, industrial, and commercial buildings-while building lasting client relationships and empowering high-performing teams.

Your Impact
  • Drive regional strategy for M&E services, aligning delivery with WSP's national vision and evolving market demands
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering projects with excellence, efficiency, and compliance
  • Champion technical excellence by guiding advanced M&E system design, digital innovation, and sustainable solutions
  • Strengthen client partnerships by building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and industry bodies across the region

  • Mechanical or Electrical engineering direct experience in transportation and aviation projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering projects

Compensation:

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $177,000 - 234,000

MB & ON: $161,500 - 222,300

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: 159,900 - 212,300
