They lead a team of HRBPs and/or HR leaders supporting Operations and ensure high-quality, consistent partnership across sites, functions, and employee populations. What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the senior strategic HR partner to Operations leadership, shaping people strategy in support of business objectives, workforce plans, and organizational effectiveness

  • Lead global HR support for a large, complex Operations organization, including both Grading and Marketplace, across multiple sites, divisions (such as PCGS, PSA, SGC and Beckett) and employee populations

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HRBPs and/or HR leaders supporting Operations, building capability, consistency, and strong execution across the function; set priorities, operating rhythms, and service expectations for the team

  • Advise senior leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, talent assessment, and change management

  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, headcount strategy, site growth, restructures, and broader organizational changes

  • Oversee the approach to employee relations, manager coaching, and risk mitigation across Operations in partnership with Employee Relations and Legal

  • Use people data and business insight to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend actions to improve retention, engagement, performance, and manager effectiveness

  • Ensure effective execution of core people processes across the organization, including performance management, compensation planning, internal mobility, promotions, talent reviews, and policy implementation

  • Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, TOD, and other People team leaders to deliver coordinated, scalable support to the business

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, balancing strategic perspective with practical, business-oriented solutions

  • Strengthen partnership with TA to build and execute on staffing plan, strategy for contingent workforce, etc.

Who You Are:

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior HRBP or people leadership role at the director level or above

  • Has supported a large, complex Operations environment — ideally across multiple sites — with direct accountability for both strategic and day-to-day HR execution

  • Has significant experience with supporting a large population of hourly employees and handling employee relations concerns

  • Has led a team of HR professionals, not just influenced or coordinated across one

  • Navigates significant organizational complexity, change, and risk with strong judgment and executive presence

  • Comfortable operating at the executive table — able to push back, bring a point of view, and earn credibility with senior leaders without relying on HR authority

  • Can operate at both strategic and execution levels, with accountability for business partnership, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination

  • Has navigated at least one significant organizational transformation (restructure, integration, rapid growth, or site launch) in a hands-on capacity

  • Brings enough fluency in people data to spot trends, frame a business case, and drive action — without needing an analyst to do it for them

  • Has worked in a matrixed People function and knows how to get things done across COEs without owning everything directly
