Job DetailsManage a team responsible for the end-to-end government price reporting process for multiple companies, including system data loading, government pricing system, validations, calculations, report analysis, price submissions, certification requirements, and reconciliations across all government price types (AMP, BP, URA, PHS, ASP, NFAMP, FCP, IFF).
Responsibilities- Manage a team responsible for price reporting for multiple federal government programs and implement methodologies for calculating and reporting pricing for CMS AMP/ASP reporting, Medicaid/340B pricing, Federal Supply Schedule, and any other government agencies.
- Review and approve Quarterly/Monthly reporting of government price types including reconciliations to systems of record. Ensure compliance with all program requirements and data integrity for all supporting systems.
- Responds to all inquiries from federal and state government pricing agencies,
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all government pricing related internal control procedures, Policies, SOPs, and Job Aids on a regular basis to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Oversee and fulfill all Federal and state specific pricing transparency requirements. Coordinate the activities of both internal and external resources to manage the required data collection and submit all reports needed for compliance.
- Responsible for review and maintenance of key master data utilized within all Government Pricing calculations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to review commercial and business contracts and amendments to assess Government Pricing requirements and implications.
- Support governance and compliance for Legal, Compliance, or Finance as requested.
- Manage relationship with third party government pricing vendor.
Education and Work Experience- Bachelor Degree in Business or Science Discipline; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 10+ years pharmaceutical experience; preferably in government pricing.
Skills and Knowledge- Strong knowledge of the regulatory requirements for MDRP, Medicare/IRA, Veteran's Healthcare Act, and other Federal regulations mandating price and/or transparency disclosures.
- Experience successfully launching new drugs across all government programs, knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare Parts B and D inflation rebates, line extension modeling, and 340B compliance.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Experience building and managing team members.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to function independently, critical thinking, prioritization, and coordination of job responsibilities.
