Job Purpose

The Senior Director, Global Pricing COE serves as the enterprise leader responsible for advancing the company's global pricing capability, pricing strategy, governance, analytics maturity, and pricing operating model. This role establishes pricing as a strategic enterprise capability that drives growth, profitability, and commercial effectiveness globally.

  • Define enterprise pricing philosophy, governance, and strategic direction
  • Build and lead the Global Pricing Center of Excellence
  • Establish global pricing frameworks, methodologies, and operating models
  • Drive pricing transformation and modernization initiatives globally
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic commercial decisions
  • Lead pricing analytics, pricing technology, and AI-enabled pricing initiatives
  • Establish enterprise pricing KPIs and governance standards
