The role serves as a strategic integrator and trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, helping translate Seattle Children's bold aspirations into coordinated action and sustained organizational progress. Reporting to the COO and dotted line to CEO and working across the enterprise and through influence, this leader connects priorities, people and work; accelerates critical enterprise initiatives; strengthens executive alignment, decision-making and follow-through; provides input or influence on organizational events and anticipates barriers and opportunities that may affect execution. The role builds relationships across the organization to cultivate understanding, alignment and readiness for change, while helping ensure coherence across executive priorities, communications and key organizational efforts. By connecting and leveraging existing enterprise capabilities, the role increases the effectiveness and capacity of the CEO and COO and helps the organization move its most important priorities forward with greater clarity, pace and consistency.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field.
Eight years progressive management, leadership, or consultant experience.
Demonstrated experience in business planning or strategic planning with executives.
Demonstrated experience successfully leading complex projects, facilitating teams, and driving decision-making leading to consensus.

Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or healthcare related field.
Twelve years progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, business development or project management.
General knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, CPI and or Kaizen.
Compensation Range
$208,017.00 - $312,025.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
