Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Material Science focusing on Solid-State Electronics and semiconductors; 15-20 years of semiconductor engineering experience, preferably with team management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
• Experience as a change champion, capable of identifying and implementing new processes for continuous improvement.
• High professionalism and communication skills, especially in customer-facing roles and formal negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of advanced semiconductor devices across all product lines.
• Define and implement structured plans for development, including schedules and risk assessments.
• Manage process documentation and continual improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilize TCAD simulation tools to optimize device performance metrics such as power and area.
• Ensure cross-functional teamwork within internal foundry operations and with external partners to meet technology KPIs.
• Evaluate process impacts on device behavior and ensure reliability amidst structural variability.
• Act as a technical liaison to customers, providing updates on development activities.
