Senior Director, Data Product Management, Bank Modernization
Retail Bank is seeking a highly strategic and technically deep Senior Director of Data Product Management for our Bank Modernization team. This highly visible role will be responsible for developing and managing a set of account and transaction data products used by data consumers across the Bank and broader Enterprise. This individual will manage a large and diverse ecosystem of stakeholders and data consumers, spanning everything from critical fraud and AML modeling to real-time customer-facing experiences, and everything in between and lead a team of 10+ product managers, with specialized expertise in data modeling and governance. This role will have exposure to bring clarity and simplicity to complex topics and problem solving along with heavy influencing skills and takes nuanced topics and makes them accessible to a broad audience. This candidate will be extremely effective with cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management, with the ability to continuously refine and simplify operating models in pursuit of shared outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience
- At least three years of experience in People Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Experience in data product management, analytics, API gateways or other similarly complex, data intensive domains.
- 5 + years of experience in People Management
- Experience coming out of Big Tech or a FinTech Corporation

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Philadelphia, PA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Wilmington, DE: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
