Full Job Description
Senior Director Cybersecurity AI to lead the strategy, governance, and advancement of an enterprise AI Security program for a leading healthcare organization in the Greater Philadelphia area. The Senior Director Cybersecurity AI will oversee initiatives focused on securing AI technologies, leveraging AI to enhance cybersecurity operations, and protecting the organization from emerging AI-related threats.

Responsibilities of the Senior Director Cybersecurity AI:
• Lead and mature the enterprise AI Security program across governance, risk management, architecture, and operations.
• Develop and execute the AI Security strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish policies, standards, and control frameworks for secure and responsible AI adoption.
• Oversee security assessments, threat modeling, and risk reviews for AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Drive enterprise AI governance, model lifecycle oversight, and AI risk management initiatives.
• Implement controls to address AI-related threats including prompt injection, model poisoning, data leakage, deepfakes, and AI supply chain risks.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities to improve threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, compliance, research, and business leaders to enable secure AI innovation.
• Develop KPIs, executive reporting, and maturity metrics for AI Security and AI-driven cybersecurity initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing AI Security teams.

Qualifications of the Senior Director Cybersecurity AI:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
• CISSP certification required.
• Expertise in AI Security, AI Governance, Responsible AI, and AI Risk Management.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI technologies.
• Experience securing cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise AI environments.
• Strong understanding of AI attack vectors including prompt injection, adversarial attacks, model poisoning, model theft, deepfakes, synthetic identities, and data leakage.
• Experience implementing AI-powered cybersecurity technologies, automation, and security operations capabilities.
• Proven experience developing enterprise security architectures, governance frameworks, and risk management programs.

Compensation for the Senior Director Cybersecurity AI includes:
• Salary range: $230,000
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off
