About the RoleAs we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Operations to lead and scale our clinical operations function. Reporting to the SVP of Health Operations and Customer Experience, you will inherit an existing team and portfolio of active initiatives and build new ones. You will own the clinical protocols, vendor relationships, and operational models that bring Noom's clinical programs to life across B2B and direct-to-consumer channels.
You Will- Own the end-to-end clinical operations org for Noom Med, spanning D2C and B2B, including the strategic expansion of clinical programs, protocol development, and operationalization of new initiatives in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Serve as the operational bridge between clinical strategy and execution, ensuring commitments made to members and enterprise partners are delivered with quality, precision, and measurable outcomes
- Lead and scale a high-performing clinical ops team, managing hiring plans and headcount growth as the business expands
- Drive clinical implementations across D2C and B2B strategic initiatives, coordinating across internal clinical teams, external provider networks, and vendor partners to bring programs to life.
- Own the provider and member experience, holding provider satisfaction, clinical quality, and member health outcomes as core success metrics
- Build and maintain the operational infrastructure that powers the clinical org: capacity models, utilization targets, reporting frameworks, and workflow systems that scale with growth
- Evolve and adapt your roles and responsibilities to support Noom Med as it continues to grow

You Have- 8+ years of clinical operations experience, with 3+ years in health tech (telehealth, consulting, payor, provider, or services)
- Experience in digital healthcare required; healthcare subscription background acceptable
- Bachelor's degree, or eqjuivalent level of education
- Demonstrated ability to lead people, run operations, and think strategically at a senior level
- Distinctive analytical and quantitative skills; you can model trade-offs, evaluate information, and translate strategy into operational plans
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage a complex portfolio of stakeholders and initiatives
- End-to-end telehealth experience is a strong plus

Compensation Package- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $225,000 - $265,000.
- This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.

- Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This may include a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare (featuring a plan with premiums covered by Noom), paid holidays and paid leave (including Summer Fridays), 401k program, and various cash stipends and budgets for employees (tech, learning & development, etc.).
Location- Hybrid (2x/week) required if you are local to the NYC or Princeton, NJ metropolitan areas.
- Remote only available if you are located outside the above two metropolitan areas.
- Candidates, regardless of location, should be comfortable with occasional travel.
