Cardiovascular is one of the major clinical focus areas within the Siemens Healthineers Elevate strategy, underscoring its importance to our broader mission of improving health globally. As we expand our Enterprise Services Americas Strategy team, we are looking for abusinessleader with deep health system experience in the cardiovascular service line who can partner closely with Business Line and Business Area colleagues to help shape differentiated, programmatic approaches that strengthen the customer value proposition and support market growth. This role is designed to complement existing BL and BA strengths by connecting innovation across businesses,aligning aroundpatient pathways, and supporting integrated customer strategies in North America.

What You Will Do

This is a builders role with high visibility across Siemens Healthineers. You will work at the intersection of health system strategy, partnership development, and innovationconnecting capabilities across businesses to help shape customer-centered programs that align innovation, services, and measurable outcomes. Success in this role requires deep collaboration with Business Line and Business Area colleagues, ensuring shared approaches to market engagement, innovation planning, and customer value creation while helping translate real-world clinical and operational insight into scalable strategies for growth across North America.

Strategic Initiative Development

  • Partner with Business Line and Business Area teams toidentify, develop, and advance short- and long-term strategic initiatives aligned with North America Enterprise Services priorities, with anemphasis on cardiovascular opportunities where customer needs, patient pathways, and market opportunity intersect

  • Propose and evaluatebusiness cases for new initiatives, ensuring fit with market needs, customer priorities,andthe broaderEnterprise Servicesstrategy andportfolio

  • Work collaboratively with existing Business Line teams on current and future technology innovation, helping translate those capabilities into differentiated programmatic offerings and sustained engagement models for customers

  • Apply a structured, disciplined approach to innovation in partnership with product, clinical, commercial, and BL/BA stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and pilot integrated offerings that improve clinical, operational, and financial performance for customers

Go-to-Market & Commercial Execution

  • Collaborate with Business Line, Business Area, Program BD, and sales teams to support go-to-market approaches for Enterprise Services offerings across health system environments, ensuring alignment with existing market responsibilities and customer engagement models

  • Help shapethe commercial narrative and field enablement tools that allowEnterpriseServicessales teams to engagehealth system leadershipwith greatercredibility, relevance, and confidence

  • Contribute to commercial planning for new program launches in close partnership with BL/BA, Program BD, and sales teams, with a focus on enabling coordinated market approachesaligned across North America.

  • Partner with Program BD, sales, and BL/BA teams to gather market feedback, refine program positioning, and help connect existing and future innovation priorities to customer-facing strategies that drive differentiation and market share

  • Collaborateand align across all North Americancommercial teamson thought leadership, conference strategy, and targeted demand generationeffortsthat strengthen market visibility and engagement

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Navigate and collaborate across a complex matrix of stakeholders across North America sales leadership, Business Line and Business Area leadership, global Enterprise Services leadership, and the North America executive team to advance collaborative, cross-business strategies

  • Serve as a strategic connector across Siemens Healthineers stakeholdersincluding Business Lines, Business Areas, Enterprise Services, and third-party partnersto align around patient pathways, shared priorities, and integrated value propositions for customers

  • In partnership withBusinessLine,EnterpriseServices,andexecutiveleadership, engage health system clients as a strategic advisor on Enterprise Services capabilities, program design, and partnership strategy

Capability Building &Cross-FunctionalLeadership

  • Lead development of Enterprise Services capabilities, offerings, and program structures aligned with Business Line and Business Area priorities in North America

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to align program priorities, improve pipeline visibility, and support shared execution across Enterprise Services, BL/BA teams, and commercial stakeholders

  • Partner withESFinance to develop rigorous business plans for new program launchesandmonitor performance against original business-case assumptions and targets

  • Contribute to a culture of strategic rigor, clinical credibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams

Who You Are:

Required Experience

  • Business leadership experience within a cardiovascular or cardiology service line at a U.S. health systemas a service line director, administrative dyad partner, VP of Cardiology, or equivalent operational leaderproviding the clinical, operational, and strategic grounding this role requires

  • 10+ years of healthcare experience spanning service line operations, strategy, transformation, growth planning, or business development

  • Proventrack recordin developing and managing business cases, financial plans, and strategic growth initiatives with clearly definedobjectivesand expected returns

  • Experience influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organization

  • Master's degreerequired; MBA, MHA, or clinical advanced degree preferred

Strongly Preferred

  • Demonstrated breadth ofbusinessleadership within a cardiovascular or cardiology service line at a U.S. health systemincluding operational, strategic, or programmatic accountability beyond procedural or lab managementsuch as service line planning, physician alignment, growth strategy, or cross-functional program development

  • Familiarity with partnership-based healthcare service models, strategic services offerings, or value-oriented health system partnerships; direct knowledge of Siemens Healthineers Enterprise Servicesisextremelyhelpful,but notrequired

  • Background in healthcare strategy, innovation, or program design,withexposure to areas such as digital health, population health, or imaging-enabled care models

  • Track recordof building strategic growth initiatives, market-facing programs, or expansion efforts across multiple clinical or operational domains

  • Experience structuring strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or alliances with medtech, healthcare services, or health system partners

  • Strong understanding of health system and customer needs in the U.S., with broader awareness of market dynamics across Canada and Latin Americaconsidereda plus
