What You'll Lead
  • Growth and performance of the Capital Projects & Technical Services practice, including revenue, pipeline, profitability, and market expansion
  • Business development across Tribe's portfolio and external markets
  • Executive relationships with condominium boards, strata councils, developers, asset managers, and institutional stakeholders
  • Capital planning, technical advisory services, and building renewal initiatives
  • Delivery oversight for major capital projects, including building envelope, roofing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, parkade, elevator, life safety, and sustainability projects
  • Development of service offerings, operating standards, and scalable business processes
  • Leadership and growth of a high-performing technical and project delivery team

What You'll Bring
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in capital projects, engineering, construction, technical services, facilities, or asset management
  • Demonstrated success growing a professional services, consulting, construction, or project management business
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships, generate opportunities, and lead complex engagements
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence
  • Experience leading large-scale capital projects and multidisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in procurement, contract administration, project controls, and risk management
A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Professional designations such as P.Eng., PMP, OAA, PQS, LEED, CFM, or Gold Seal are considered assets.
