Job Summary

Do you excel at turning market insights into actionable strategies that drive financial success? At Spectrum, you will lead OPEX strategy and multi-year planning, integrating market and operational signals to inform key decisions on resource allocation and portfolio management. Your expertise will directly impact Spectrum's sustained achievement of strategic financial objectives.

Responsibilities

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Provide enterprise-wide leadership for OPEX strategy that aligns with corporate goals and guides multi-year planning and portfolio decisions
  • Govern executive-level forecasting and performance management by establishing standards, evaluating risk scenarios and leading decision forums
  • Integrate macro and market signals into strategic recommendations to influence capital allocation and policy changes
  • Institutionalize cost discipline and continuous improvement through enterprise controls, advanced tooling and operating mechanisms
  • Build organizational capability by developing talent, setting standards and fostering communities of practice to ensure sustained outcomes against strategic KPIs

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
