Job Title

Senior Director, AI Product Management, agentOS

About your role:

Lead product strategy and execution for agent creation, governance, identity, access, risk controls, and platform administration within agentOS. You will work across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and user experience teams to deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities for regulated financial services. This role helps financial institutions safely create, govern, and manage AI agents across banking workflows.

What you'll do:

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and success measures for agent creation, lifecycle management, governance, identity, access, risk controls, and platform administration.
  • Translate governance, operational, and control requirements into clear product workflows for administrators, builders, reviewers, approvers, and operations users.
  • Lead product discovery, workflow design, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, requirements, acceptance criteria, release planning, and post-release measurement.
  • Define evaluation criteria, test scenarios, scorecards, quality measures, and production readiness standards for AI-enabled platform capabilities.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native capabilities that support enterprise deployment and administration of AI agents.
  • Collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to support governance, auditability, privacy, identity controls, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Guide and develop product managers and cross-functional contributors, establish clear priorities, and drive consistent execution against roadmap commitments.
  • Coach team members on product practices, measurable outcomes, and decision frameworks to improve delivery quality and platform adoption.
  • Align cross-functional teams around scope, sequencing, tradeoffs, and delivery plans to support platform goals and enterprise requirements.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management for enterprise software, AI platforms, fintech, software as a service, infrastructure, workflow, security, or developer products.
  • 10+ years of experience building and shipping platform products used by multiple teams, customers, or user personas.
  • 8+ years of experience translating technical, governance, identity, and risk requirements into product requirements, workflows, and release plans.
  • 6+ years of experience working with cloud-native systems, application programming interfaces, identity and access management, authorization, data access, governance, and security concepts.
  • 6+ years of experience in regulated environments requiring security, compliance, auditability, privacy, and operational controls.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
  • Experience using AI-assisted product, design, prototyping, or development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Figma AI, v0, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience with enterprise identity and access management, authorization, governance, compliance, platform administration, or enterprise security products.
  • Experience with large language models, AI agents, agent evaluation frameworks, LangGraph, LangChain, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI ecosystems.
  • Experience in financial services, including banking, payments, cards, merchant acceptance, fraud, risk, compliance, or servicing.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, or workflow designs for technical platform users.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Travel:

This role requires regular travel (10 - 25%). Approximately 15% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.

Salary Range

$208,000.00 - $312,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Sunnyvale, California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
