  • Location:This role is open to any of our Tri-State locations: Sleepy Hollow, NY, Tarrytown, NY, Armonk, NY, Warren, NJ or Cambridge, MA

  • Connect and package AI capabilities into usable solutions aimed at real business problems
  • Set the standard for how AI solutions are designed and experienced by the people who use them
  • Build self-service environments that let non-specialists build and deploy AI solutions safely
  • Lead enterprise change-management strategy and adoption programs, tracking utilization as a business metric
  • Lead domain-specific enablement for research, clinical, commercial, and operations functions
  • Build AI fluency at scale through a structured learning academy with pathways for every role
  • Build and run a network of embedded advocates who accelerate adoption at the function level
  • Build the practical capability that lets each function show its AI systems meet required standards

  • Have built and led enterprise AI programs end to end, with measurable behavior change and productivity gains
  • Enjoy building learning and fluency programs with pathways for different roles and skill levels
  • Know how to measure adoption as a business outcome, tying AI use to productivity, cost, or revenue
  • Apply user-experience thinking to enterprise AI tools and solutions
  • Understand how to connect and package capability from across an AI organization into usable solutions
  • Have experience enabling AI use in regulated environments
  • Stay current on the AI landscape
  • Bring strong people leadership and can influence across technology, business, HR, and executive teams

This role requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (advanced degree such as MS or MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, governance, or digital/AI transformation

Salary Range (annually)

$216,100.00 - $360,200.00
