Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels
    (e.g., telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience building a robust book of business through proactive prospecting and lead end-to-end sales cycles.
  • 2 years of experience working in the digital advertising industry or product area, and working in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience maintaining and expanding C-suite or key stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas or revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in translating complex business challenges into Google Ads solutions.

The Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) aims to approach existing advertisers and increase their Google Ads investment by implementing growth strategies.

As a Senior Digital Strategy Lead within AGT, you will identify and grow customer prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem to set them up for accelerated and sustainable growth on our platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential customers by working through a pool of prospects.

  • Grow customers' Google Ads footprint by presenting customized marketing solutions across the full funnel of Google's product solutions.
  • Implement creative ways to expand customers existing accounts, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
  • Deliver against revenue targets and key outcomes while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer experience to Google's advertisers.
