The Senior Digital Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing technology ecosystem that supports digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. This role oversees marketing automation, CRM, website technologies, analytics, digital advertising, and privacy management platforms to ensure seamless execution and measurable business impact.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Creative Services & Global Brand and is part of the Creative Services division within the greater Marketing team located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Manage the architecture and roadmap of the end-to-end MarTech ecosystem, including Salesforce, marketing automation, headless CMS, and analytics platforms.
- Design and optimize scalable demand generation infrastructure, ensuring effective system integration, data quality, lead-routing accuracy, attribution integrity, and end-to-end funnel visibility.
- Implement segmentation, lead scoring, and personalization frameworks to support targeted nurturing campaigns, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Serve as the technical lead for marketing technology initiatives, including hands-on solution development and oversight of implementation partners, developers and platform administrators.
- Support website security, tracking, analytics, digital governance, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and privacy management processes.
The essential requirements of the job include:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or, in lieu of a degree, 5 to 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing operations, CRM administration, analytics, and website technologies.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce, Marketo or comparable enterprise solutions.
- Skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs and headless CMS platforms, with the ability to build, customize and troubleshoot solutions while providing technical oversight to development resources.
- Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, conversion tracking, attribution modeling, performance analytics, data governance and consent management platforms.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:- Adobe Experience Manager or other headless CMS platforms.
- Consent management platforms such as OneTrust, Ketch or similar solutions.
- Subject-matter expertise in privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM Act and ADA.

The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
