Senior Digital Manufacturing ConsultantCompany: SyntaxJob Summary: Syntax is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Senior Digital Manufacturing Consultant to join our SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) Team in North America. Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation of SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- Act as a functional consultant throughout all phases of the SAP Activate project.
- Prepare for and lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to assess customer needs and solution fit.
- Coordinate and execute configuration tasks that support SAP DM implementation projects.
- Assist with the integration of Digital Manufacturing with other SAP modules, including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Inventory Management (IM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and machine/device integration.
- Provide support for customer training, testing, and post-implementation assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance expertise in SAP DM solutions.
- Support presales demonstrations and workshops to showcase SAP DM capabilities.
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership in all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience is required.
- Strongly preferred experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations.
- A passion for learning new SAP technologies and implementing innovative projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to client locations across North America.
- Preferred experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Education & Certifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- SAP and industry certifications are a plus.
