Dumbo, Brooklyn • Hybrid (3 days on site) • Full-time • $100K-$140KManyone's New York team is looking for a Senior Digital Designer who thinks like a strategist and designs like a craftsperson. You'll work end-to-end -- from research and concept through high-fidelity design and hand-off - on digital experiences for U.S.-based and global clients, alongside strategists, technologists, and designers across our offices in the U.S. and Europe.
What you'll do- Own digital design from discovery to delivery: research, concepting, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and hand-off to developers
- Have your own client relationships - lead the conversation with your team, and bring the client along with the work
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear, scalable digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging surfaces (XR, AI-driven and physical-digital)
- Build and extend design systems that carry a brand consistently across products
- Plan and facilitate workshops with clients, users and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate daily with Manyone colleagues across disciplines and offices
- Bring new tools, patterns and technologies into our practice as they mature
What we're looking forMust have- 5+ years in digital, UX/UI or interaction design, with shipped work on web and mobile
- A portfolio that shows strong visual craft, clear problem-solving and thoughtful interaction design
- Comfort working ahead of the brief - framing problems, pressure-testing strategy, and defending design decisions in business terms
- Experience leading client conversations and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools; hands-on experience with design systems
- Excited and experienced utilizing and exploring new (AI) tools
- Experience working directly with developers through implementation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Able to be at our Dumbo studio three days a week
Nice to have- Motion design
- AI-driven or XR experience
- Consultancy or agency experience with multiple clients in parallel
