Senior Developer / Technical Development Lead
Lead I - Software Engineering
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading development teams and designing scalable technical solutions, with a strong understanding of microservices architecture, back-end development with Node.js, and best development practices. They will be adept at working collaboratively with business, architecture, QA, and development teams
The opportunity:
• Provide technical leadership to the development team and support architectural decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions based on Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Define development standards, code quality guidelines, and best practices.
• Participate in technical refinements, estimations, and project planning.
• Guide code reviews, provide technical mentoring, and address risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

What you need:
• More than 5 years of experience in software development and at least 2 years in technical leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Node.js, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Git.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns, continuous integration (CI/CD), and testing practices. Experience with React.js and full-stack architectures is desirable.
• Knowledge of application security (OWASP, JWT, OAuth), observability, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience leading teams, defining technical standards, and communicating with business and technology stakeholders.
