Job Description:JR112190 Senior Developer, Digital ExperiencePosition Purpose:As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable web solutions across our digital experience platforms. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of modern development practices. Your work will directly impact how users engage with our services online.
Key Accountabilities:Strategy & Planning- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Analysts to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Estimate development efforts and contribute to project planning.
Solution Delivery- Lead the design and development of full stack applications.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Governance & Best Practices- Enforce architectural standards and development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Drive CI/CD automation and release management processes.
Support & Maintenance- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues within defined SLAs.
- Continuously improve development workflows and system performance.
Education & Experience Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Seven (7+) years of experience in full stack development, including system integrations.
- Experience with cloud architecture, web services, and enterprise application design.
- Proficiency in Java, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with e-commerce Shopify platform is preferred.
Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $85,321.60 to $106,641.60 with a maximum of $127,982.40.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
