- Conduct proactive data analysis to investigate unexplained changes, anomalies, or systemic shifts in reported operational metrics.
- Design and execute optimized SQL search filters and transformation logic to maintain system performance under tight deadlines.
- Execute predictive trend analysis, time-series evaluations, and forecasting models to inform high-level agency decision-making paths.
- Format analytical findings into clear, structured, and professional written presentations adapted for non-technical executive stakeholders.
- Support staggered shift coverage configurations and serve as cross-functional technical backup for fellow senior data analysts on the reporting team.
