Full Job Description
The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Senior Demand Generation Manager to own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of our digital demand generation programs across British Columbia and Alaska.

In this role, you will lead the development of full-funnel digital marketing initiatives designed to generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and maximize marketing ROI. You will leverage paid media, SEO, marketing automation, web analytics, and data-driven insights to strengthen our lead generation engine and support business growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced demand generation leader with a strong background in performance marketing, analytics, marketing technology, and vendor management.

What Youll Do

Strategic Demand Generation Leadership
  • Own demand generation strategy and performance across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Align lead generation plans with business capacity goals and revenue targets across multiple territories.
  • Manage allocation and pacing of digital media budgets across channels based on CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and performance trends.
  • Develop localized demand generation strategies that reflect market conditions, seasonality, demographic shifts, and competitor activity.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen marketing capabilities and improve operational effectiveness.


Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Partner with agencies and vendors to plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel demand generation campaigns.
  • Manage demand generation initiatives across:
    • Google Ads
    • Microsoft Ads
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Programmatic Display
    • SEO
    • Retargeting
    • Email and SMS Marketing
  • Build and optimize lead nurturing and marketing automation workflows.
  • Lead ongoing A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across landing pages, creative, offers, and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign execution, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and creative performance.
  • Oversee website and landing page performance, including conversion optimization, mobile experience, page speed, and SEO best practices.
  • Own conversion tracking, attribution, call tracking, tagging, and UTM governance to ensure reporting accuracy.


Analytics, Reporting & Performance Management
  • Track and manage key business and marketing KPIs, including:
    • Lead volume and lead flow pacing
    • Marketing-generated revenue contribution
    • Return on investment (ROI)
    • Cost per Lead (CPL)
    • Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
    • Cost of Marketing (COM)
    • Channel performance across search, social, SEO, display, and retargeting
    • Lead-to-appointment conversion rates
    • Lead-to-sale conversion rates
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and optimization planning.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, forecasting, and data modeling.
  • Translate complex marketing data into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Inside Sales teams to improve lead flow, funnel conversion, and overall demand generation effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure region-specific relevance and brand consistency.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure accountability and high-quality execution.
  • Present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and business opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Share best practices and insights across regional and national marketing teams.


Continuous Improvement
  • Identify gaps within the lead generation funnel and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging digital platforms, technologies, and AI-driven marketing opportunities.
  • Recommend enhancements to marketing automation, lead routing, lead scoring, and attribution systems.
  • Drive initiatives that improve lead quality, conversion efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.


What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing digital agencies, vendor relationships, and paid media investments.
  • Demonstrated success planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and programmatic display.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • SEO
    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Looker Studio
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, lead-routing integrations, and attribution reporting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience developing and executing email and SMS marketing programs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to transform data into business insights.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Klaviyo.
  • Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience supporting multi-location, home services, retail, or consumer-facing organizations.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping, lead scoring, and funnel optimization.


Compensation & Benefits

Compensation
  • $120,000 CAD annual base salary
  • Performance-based annual bonus opportunity of up to $50,000 CAD
