Full Job Description
Are you an experienced B2B demand generation marketer who turns engagement into pipeline and likes owning a program end to end, not just briefing it out? Flashpoint is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team, remote in the United States. We help mission-critical businesses and governments confront complex security challenges, reduce risk, and stay ahead of fast-moving threats. If you enjoy building high-impact webinar and email programs, running virtual experiences that capture real demand, and partnering tightly with sales to move pipeline, we have a role for you. This is an individual-contributor role for someone with a proven track record of growing pipeline through targeted email marketing, automated nurturing, and virtual experiences, with clear metrics to demonstrate your success.
We have a role for you if, you:
• Scaled pipeline through targeted email campaigns, nurture programs, and virtual events, and can point to the numbers you moved.
• Owned webinar or digital-summit programs end to end, from strategy and speaker lineup through promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Ran email operations at depth, including segmentation, deliverability, design, and automated nurturing across prospect, customer, and partner audiences.
• Put AI to work in production, not just experimented with it, accelerating campaign creation, personalizing at scale, and sharpening segmentation from engagement signals.
• Partnered with a BDR or sales team to tighten lead handoff and follow-up, and built the feedback loop to keep improving it.
• Owned a program budget and managed vendors and production partners to deliver ROI.
What you will get to do on our team:
• Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of our email marketing, automated nurturing, webinar programs, and newsletters across prospect, customer, and channel-partner audiences.
• Lead our high-visibility virtual event program and digital summits that educate the market and capture high-intent demand.
• Oversee email operations and performance, including content, design, segmentation, and deliverability, so our threat intelligence reaches the right audience at the right time.
• Partner with the social team to execute and promote our LinkedIn Newsletter and LinkedIn Live broadcasts to maximize reach.
• Apply AI tools across the demand gen stack to speed campaign creation, personalize content, analyze engagement, and improve targeting.
• Work closely with Marketing Operations and the BDR team to ensure seamless lead flow, fast follow-up, and continuous feedback loops.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget to maximize return on demand gen spend.
• Set a high bar for execution and share playbooks and best practices across the marketing team.
What you will achieve:
Within 30 days:
• Audit the current webinar schedule and email/newsletter cadence, and flag the highest-leverage fixes.
• Build relationships with key partners across Revenue Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, Intel, BDR, and Marketing Ops.
Within 60 days:
• Take full ownership of the virtual event calendar.
• Launch your first optimized email/newsletter campaign and confirm an efficient lead-handoff process with the BDR team.
By 90 days:
• Design and execute a multi-channel quarterly demand generation plan.
• Demonstrate measurable pipeline contribution from your programs.
• Establish the reporting cadence (deliverability, registration and attendance, conversion, pipeline) leadership will rely on.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Hands-on ownership of enterprise B2B demand generation, specifically webinars, email, and large-scale virtual summits.
• Proficiency with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and Salesforce, plus a strong grasp of deliverability, list segmentation, and HTML/email design.
• A track record applying AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, create content, and surface audience trends.
• Familiarity with webinar and event platforms (Zoom Webinar, Goldcast, or ON24) and LinkedIn's creator tools (LinkedIn Live, Newsletters).
• Experience managing external vendors, production partners, and a defined program budget.
Base Pay Range: $125,000/yr. to $135,000/yr. Plus target bonus.
