This role serves as a program owner for field events & tradeshows, account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, partner & co-marketing strategies, and integrated pipeline generation campaigns.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, this individual will operate with a high degree of autonomy and partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute programs that accelerate pipeline creation, improve conversion, and drive measurable revenue impact.
About the Team: The Demand Generation team sits at the center of Employ's growth strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Lifecycle Marketing, and Web teams to drive pipeline and revenue. - Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead execution of Employ's strategic ABM programs, partnering closely with Sales to engage and convert priority accounts into pipeline.
- Integrated Demand Generation Campaigns: Drive cross-functional marketing campaigns that align content, paid media, lifecycle, web, events, and sales motions to generate pipeline growth.
- Pipeline Performance & Sales Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to enable the team on marketing programs, maximize campaign effectiveness, ensure strong follow-up execution, and drive pipeline progression across key programs.
What You'll Bring - Experience: 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Industry Experience: Experience in HR tech, recruiting technology, or adjacent B2B SaaS categories is a plus, but not required.
- Pipeline Mindset: Demonstrated success developing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to build relationships and partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and executive stakeholders.
- Strategic & Executional Balance: Equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Project Leadership: Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, influence without authority, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Uses data and insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and improve outcomes.
- Ownership & Accountability: Proactive, resourceful, and accountable for results, with a strong bias toward action.
