Job Description:
This is a limited-term assignment expected to last approximately 2 years.WHAT AWAITS YOU.- Define and optimize the Rolls Royce Motor Cars (RRMC) dealer network across the U.S., Canada and Latin America using future volume plans, consumer/demographic modeling, market studies and brand requirements to guide add-points, relocations, consolidations and right sizing decisions.
- Ensure consistent implementation of RRMC Corporate Identity (CI) / Visual Identity (VID) and Sales & Service standards at every retail location, including facility design, signage, interior/exterior communications, and NextGen retail upgrades.
- Develop, maintain and enforce Dealer Operating Requirements, policies and procedures (PMA definitions, ownership changes, dealer agreements, terminations, RoFR, bankruptcy, legal compliance across 50 U.S. states/10 Canadian provinces and LATAM) and manage related documentation and contracts.
- Lead cross functional initiatives (Intelligent Integration, CR V 4 teams) to improve dealer and organizational performance, provide market analysis/monthly market share reporting, and recommend prioritized network changes to senior management.
- For new dealer appointments ensure short/ midterm operational location is set up to allow business trading to commence, Whilst longer term facility VID build is in progress. Ensure temportau showroom meets CI and VID requirements
- Maintain and govern dealer data and reporting (US dealer database parallel to HST), coordinate IT/system upgrades for U.S. requirements, and provide registration/contract data insights to leadership.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of automotive experience.
- 2+ years Direct Dealer Contact Experience, additional experience in either Ownership Services (Aftersales), Sales, Service or CPO.
- Demonstrated experience and skills with planning, staffing, budgeting, organizing, controlling and communicating.
- The ability to understand and analyze retailer financial statements and to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse organizations and individuals toward profitability objectives is critical for this position.
- The ability to read and understand design plans for facility projects. Must possess knowledge of construction types, building codes, etc. Must possess deep understanding of design/building process for new constructions and renovations.
- Established approach to decision-making and problem-solving and has a highly developed sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects of a complex scope.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and organizational skills, Excellent business skills
- Ability to communicate and persuade across all levels within an organization, especially at the executive level.
- Project team experience as either a team member or leader.
- Preferences:
- MBA.
- 2+ years Network Dealer Development experience.
- Field experience.
- Creativity to develop design intents quickly and conclusively.
- Understanding state statutes for automotive.

In support of BMW Group's business objectives, this position requires regular onsite attendance at a BMW office/facility with remote work capability (hybrid).
The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
