Job DescriptionThe Senior Database Administrator for Cardiology is responsible for protecting data as a resource and insuring integration of data across cardiovascular source and software modules. They are responsible for developing, maintaining, supporting and enforcing data standards across all CV modules and applications. Also, they are responsible for ongoing development and management of all CV computerized databases, including the generation of reports for clinical, quality and administrative management purposes.
Required Qualifications:- 5 years of clinical terminology and/or clinical information system implementation in a healthcare environment
- 3 years of working with database structures, data definitions and data relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Health Information Management, Business or Healthcare - related field
- Upon hire: Certification on the related product or group of products
