Personalization team consists of platform, application engineers, scientists and product visionaries all working together to design, prototype and build technology-driven products and experiences that will change the future landscape of e-commerce. Senior Data ScientistWhat you'll do:- Developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques, particularly in personalization and recommendation systems for conversational agents.
- Researching and building advanced algorithms utilizing deep learning, reinforcement learning, Generative AI, and computer vision techniques.
- Collaborating with tech leads on top-down or bottom-up initiatives and priorities
- Develop data models and iteratively improve them based on new data insights
- Design, architect data models. Iterate, challenge, and accelerate best practices in Personalization and Item Recommendations
What you'll bring: - Master's degree/PHD in Data science, Computer Science, or related fields with practical experience
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Generative AI, Personalization, and Item Recommendation algorithms
- Experience in data science and building and evaluating large scale machine learning & deep learning models
- Experience in deploying highly scalable Recommenders Systems, bonus domain - conversational agents
- Curiosity in state-of-the-art techniques in recommendation related areas

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 2- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
