Position Summary...What you'll do...This role focuses on applying advanced data science and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems end-to-end, from data sourcing and modeling to deployment and stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and validating data sources, ensuring data quality, and understanding business systems and requirements.
- Developing and deploying scalable analytical and machine learning models using techniques such as statistical modeling, optimization, NLP, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
- Writing and testing production-quality code using languages such as Python, SQL, Java, and related technologies.
- Performing model evaluation, tuning, validation, and monitoring to ensure robustness and scalability in production environments.
- Creating effective data visualizations and communicating insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Translating business problems into ML and analytical solutions and providing actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to drive implementation and execution of data-driven solutions.
- Mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in analytics, modeling, and communication.
- Demonstrating strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and alignment with organizational goals, ethics, and operational standards.
Overall, the role requires a combination of strong technical depth in machine learning and analytics, software engineering and deployment capabilities, business understanding, and cross-functional leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
