Position Summary...As a Senior Data Scientist - Membership Insights (Contact Center), you will leverage advanced analytical techniques and domain expertise to identify, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that support strategic business objectives. This role involves designing and validating predictive models, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights. You will also mentor junior associates, contribute to data strategy, and support scalable model deployment. Your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will drive informed decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.
What you'll do...- Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains and databases to support analytical initiatives.
- Build and train AI/ML models with a focus on scalability and reusability.
- Conduct thorough data quality assessments and ensure data integrity for accurate model development.
- Develop, test, and validate advanced predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Deploy scalable analytical models into production environments, ensuring performance and sustainability.
- Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
What you'll bring:- 5+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading projects.
- Strong expertise in machine learning techniques including classification, regression, NLP, forecasting, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Python and PySpark and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau.
- Strong skills in exploratory data analysis, data wrangling, and predictive analytics to derive actionable business insights.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and synthesize data into analytics-ready datasets.
- Knowledge of natural language processing and decision tree learning techniques.
- Ability to assess, validate, and deploy analytical models with attention to scalability and performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
