JOB SUMMARY As a Senior Data Scientist, you will join and lead a team of other talented Data Scientists. For the contract duration, you will be heavily ingrained in product deployment and build, RAG, and scaling ML production grade systems and then convert into the true people manager. Required Qualifications - 8+ years of total experience - 5+ most recent years in data scientist experience (working with different LLM tools, RAG implementations/evaluations, agentic, generative AI, etc.) - Data Science experience related to building a customer facing product - Strong Python programming skills - Experience/exposure to maintain production support alongside a team of engineers Preferred Qualifications - Large enterprise experience - 10+ years of data science experience (background in NLP, then past 4-5 years strong GenAI data science experience) - More recent people management experience (titles as manager and lead are acceptable) - Strong experience with production-grade ML systems at scale - Strong LLM, GenerativeAI, RAG deployment experience (implementations, as well as evaluations) - Experience following deployment lifecycle of product build and maintenance/new feature development - Experience working alongside ML engineers through product deployment - Strong python background
