About the Role

Ledgebrook is seeking a mid to senior level Data Quality Analyst to join our Product & Data team. On this team, you'll lead analytical efforts to analyze complex data to ensure its integrity and accuracy. You will play a key role in driving organizational trust in reporting and analytics and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

As a Senior/Data Quality Analyst, you will collaborate with engineering, data excellence, pricing and analytics, finance, and compliance teams to improve data quality. A key part of your role will be proactively querying databases, reviewing data and dashboards, understanding data flow processes, and supporting implementation of data initiatives.

  • Strong proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel required; exposure to or experience with Snowflake and Python ideal
  • Strong analytical mindset, investigation skills, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
  • Curious and persistent in finding the "why" behind data inconsistencies
  • Navigating a startup environment, fast paced and dealing with uncertainty

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is 60,000-120,000 USD for US based candidates, 12,500-20,450 PLN gross for POL based candidates. This is a good-faith compensation range based on what Ledgebrook reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
