Full Job Description
A Day in the Life:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines supporting the migration of financial data from legacy Oracle databases into an Oracle ERP environment.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL to extract, transform, reconcile, and validate high-volume financial data.
  • Build backend integrations using APIs, middleware, and established integration patterns to enable reliable data exchange across enterprise systems.
  • Translate financial data structures and business rules into accurate mappings for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Policy, and Claims Administration workflows.
  • Partner with business analysts, accounting stakeholders, and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve data or integration issues.
  • Actively use AI tools, including Claude through our Anthropic partnership, to streamline tasks, improve the quality of your work, and share best practices with teammates while continuously seeking new ways to integrate AI into your everyday workflows
  • Perform data profiling, testing, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity throughout the migration.
  • Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot failures, and implement scalable solutions that improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Document data mappings, transformation logic, integration designs, and technical procedures to support implementation and ongoing operations.
  • Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, and deployment activities while following established development and data governance standards.
  • Proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to help keep a large-scale financial systems transformation on track.
