We are seeking a Senior Data Center End to End Program Manager to serve as a senior portfolio controls and execution analytics resource across assigned projects. This role supports integrated forecasting, cost and schedule visibility, risk tracking, turnover readiness, and TPM-driven execution discipline across the delivery portfolio.

The Senior Data Center End to End Program Manager acts as the operational support bridge to the Director of Portfolio Integration, Project Controls & TPM by translating portfolio-level governance into accurate reporting, field-validated assumptions, recovery visibility, cross-project turnover readiness, and execution tracking.

Expected onsite presence is approximately 50%-60%, depending on project phase, reporting needs, and portfolio priorities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Support integrated portfolio schedule tracking and reporting
  • Maintain forecasting, milestone, dependency, and risk tracking
  • Support cost tracking, variance reporting, and recovery forecasting
  • Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and portfolio updates
  • Maintain portfolio dashboards, action trackers, and data integrity
  • Track mitigation plans, recovery actions, and closure status
  • Support cross-project coordination and escalation visibility
  • Track long-lead procurement, supplier readiness, and material availability
  • Support prefab, OSA, manufacturing, logistics, and industrialized delivery reporting
  • Consolidate safety, risk, delivery, schedule, cost, and turnover metrics
  • Validate project assumptions, progress, constraints, and readiness conditions in the field
  • Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, manufacturing partners, logistics stakeholders, commissioning teams, and operations partners
  • Support turnover readiness tracking across multiple active projects
  • Track turnover package completeness, readiness gates, handoff issues, and cross-project turnover milestones
  • Standardize turnover KPI reporting and support continuous improvement across the portfolio

Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in project controls, portfolio reporting, TPM, construction delivery, data center infrastructure, or mission-critical project environments
  • Strong understanding of schedule tracking, cost reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and milestone management
  • Experience maintaining risk registers, dependency trackers, action logs, mitigation plans, and executive reporting packages
  • Ability to validate project status, constraints, and assumptions through field engagement
  • Familiarity with procurement tracking, supplier readiness, logistics coordination, manufacturing readiness, or industrialized delivery models
  • Understanding of turnover readiness, handoff processes, readiness gates, and closeout documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into clear, actionable insights

Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
